Seller Fees

ModsMarketplace is transparent about fees. This page explains the categories of fees that may apply and, importantly, which fees are not yet finalized.

Fees are not yet finalized

Final seller fees have not yet been established. ModsMarketplace is in a Beta period. The categories below describe fees that may apply once the marketplace payment system is fully live. No listing or transaction fees are being charged during Beta unless explicitly communicated to your account.

Listing Fees

Creating a standard listing is currently free. Any future listing fees, featured-listing upgrades, or promotional placements will be disclosed here and in the selling flow before you publish.

Transaction Fees

A platform transaction fee on the completed sale price is planned to cover marketplace operations, verification review and buyer protections. The exact percentage will be published here before it takes effect, and it will be shown to you at the final review step of every listing and before any payment is processed.

Payment-Processing Fees

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, which charges its own processing fees. These fees are separate from any ModsMarketplace platform fee and will be itemized before a transaction is completed.

Shipping-Related Fees

Shipping costs are generally paid by the buyer and will be shown at checkout when payments are live. Sellers are responsible for their own packing costs unless otherwise arranged. No additional ModsMarketplace shipping fee is currently charged.

Optional Verification Fees

Basic listing verification is currently free. Optional enhanced verification services, if introduced, will be clearly priced and entirely optional — a listing is never penalized for skipping paid verification.

When Fees Are Charged

Listing and upgrade fees, if any, are charged at the time you publish or upgrade.
Transaction and processing fees are deducted only when a sale is completed and payment is captured.
You will never be charged a fee without seeing it itemized before confirming the action.

Payout Timing

Seller payouts are planned to be issued to your connected payout account after a completed transaction clears the inspection window. During Beta, payout timing is not guaranteed until the payment system is fully operational. We will publish the exact payout schedule here when it is finalized.

We will tell you before anything changes

Any fee that takes effect will be posted on this page with advance notice and shown in the selling and checkout flows. You will never be surprised by a fee.
