How Mods Verification Works
Verification is optional and item-specific. A verified seller is not the same as a verified listing — here’s what we actually check.
1. Seller submits evidence
The seller provides required photos, part numbers and fitment details for the listing.
2. Mods reviews the item
We review ownership, identifying marks, claimed condition and claimed fitment against the evidence.
3. Only earned badges are shown
The listing receives verification badges only for the checks it passed — never a blanket “verified” label.
4. Open any badge
Buyers can open each badge to see what was reviewed, when, and what it does not guarantee.
